It began with a bag
I wanted a leather bag with a dragon embossed around it. The perfect bag had size, color and dragon specifications it had to meet. No big surprise I couldn't find it. For most of my life I've believed if I can't find something I would make it with my own hands. I took a leather working class and got to work making my special bag. Thus, a new hobby was born for me.
I'm driven by problem solving, the way each piece should be tooled and stitched. And I'm obsessed with details, functionality of each item was carefully considered.
I love the imperfections of leather, it can ehance a design and I enjoy mixing different types of leather in my pieces.
I began selling on Etsy.com developing a little following as time went on. The goal was never to mass produce just to make the hobby pay for itself. No two pieces were alike making each item truly unique.
